If your gun still shoots 450+/- fps my advice is, never upgrade your unit unless it's really necessary enjoy it while it still last. Using li-poly battery is just ok, breakage will depend on your trigger abuse...
Here's what you need in basic upgrading:
Li-poly Battery, Balancer/charger, Metal teeth piston body, Spring (depends on target FPS), Metal Bushing, Shims.
Optional parts:
Air seal nozzle, Guarder 70% Hop Rubber
Newer version of JG M4 are upgraded already what you need to replace is the spring and you're good to go...
For high ROF set up:
Use SHS 13:1 gear ratio, or you can use a higher C rating Li-poly battery, however you need to tone down your FPS to ease the load on your motor... And again, breakage will depend on trigger abuse...
Sorry for the late reply. Hope this help...

thanks sir for the reply... actually at stock my chrono still between 450+/-....so is it safe for me to use lipoly battery for my aeg at this moment...my concern is, would it be breaking pinions, the piston body or the motor itself? what is the maximum battery voltage and ampere can i put on my gun?

im experimenting on my gun but i am very hesitant in some aspects as i may be doing it wrong.

again thank you and i am hoping again for your next reply..

As I have said using Li-poly battery on stock gun is just ok, depending on your trigger abuse. If you're a RATRAT kind of player eventually every thing will break... First to give in will be your piston body, if it still poly-carb.
High ROF set-up is much prone to breaking pinion, bevel gear and motor, that is why I recommend you to tone down your FPS if you will do this kind of set up...
Normal Li-poly battery voltage on sale is 11.1 volts, if you measure them on full charge They will read 12.6 V or even higher, that is normal for A Li-poly having 3 cells. They will only defer on C ratings (disharge rate) and mah (capacity). The higher the voltage & C ratings will give you higher ROF. The higher mah rating means, longer playing time... Hope this enlighten you a bit...
